Job Description:
General administrative tasks
Provide a range of services to external clients
Apply technical expertise, analyse client problems
Performing monthly accounting work (Pastel capturing, Payroll, VAT, management statements etc.)
Preparation and analysis of Financial Statements and advising clients on business processes and functions
Act as team player
Act as liaison between departments
Various accounting responsibilities such as
Calculation of taxation and tax return submissions
Prepare Trail balance
o Compiling financial statements
Prepare VAT calculations and return submissions on a monthly basis
Monthly payroll capturing and submission of monthly returns
COIDA and UIF registration and return submissions
Statutory duties
o Go on various audits
Qualifications and Requirements:
Grade 12/Matric
B.Com Degree in Accounting required
B.Com Accounting Honours Advantageous
Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English)
Clear Criminal and ITC record
Valid Driver’s License and Own vehicle
Computer Literate (Draft works, Pastel and Advanced Excel)
Interested in completing SAIPA articles
Must Live in the Pretoria area
