Looking for a creditors clerk – Full timeDuties include but are not limited to; ·
Data capturing; Supplier invoices into 2 systems

(Envisage Software and Pastel Partner)

·
Supplier Reconciliation

·
Prepare monthly expenditure file and daily cash expenditures

·
General administrative tasks;
Compiling safety files, maintenance manuals, Filing

·
Switchboard duties

·
Managing movement of company tools to and from sites

·
Orders and invoicing for staff purchases and personal protective equipment

·
Handling all staff deductions

·
Journals; Stock take and material adjustments Pastel Accounting is a MUSTOwn transport is a MUST Must reside in the northern suburbs We are looking for someone who is looking for a long term position and willing to learn and understand our system. The candidate must be able to work under pressure and be able to multi task.

Salary between R12,000 and R14,000
