IT qualification on system administration would be advantageous.
EXPERIENCE:
At least 2 years sales experience within a Hospitality environment and ideally within the FMCG industry

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Loading contracts onto the Great Plains system
Loading broadsheets onto Great Plains
Maintaining of sales reports and contracts
Report on supplier promotions
Contribute positively towards achievement of sales team
Update data sheet used for quotations
Assist with contract queries
General Filing duties
Perform administration duties for the Sales management team
Daily Sales Reporting
Train, promote and assist reps in selling benefits of the system to customers.
Assist in the training and setting up of the targeted customers’ initial shopping baskets, in tandem with the particular sales consultants.
Assist customers and sales consultants with any technical or general challenges.
Give regular accurate reporting on the progress/tracking of the bfs247 sales.
Play a fundamental role in the budget process
Assist with retrieving of data required to complete tender documents.
