A National cleaning company is looking for an Experienced Creditors Clerk.

Availability: Immediately

Accounting system knowledge: pastel advantage

Creditors reconciliations
Process invoices to the various general ledger accounts
Load and release monthly and weekly payments, 1
Balancing of at month-end
dealing with suppliers
dealing closely with Operations management nationally
Meeting payment deadlines
Preparing monthly schedules
General Admin & Filing

Experience & Qualification

accounting Qualification
Minimum qualification, grade 12 (Senior Certificate)
advance computer skills and literacy
Strong Creditor reconciliation skills
Ability to capture data with accuracy and attention to detail
team player with initiative and a willingness to learn
Deadline driven
Dependable & Honest

Hours of work :

mon -Friday : 07.00 – 16.00pm

Saturdays: 07.00 – 12.00 pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: R5,000.00 to R7,000.00 /month

Experience:

Administrative office procedures, practices, and equipment: 3 years (Preferred)
