The purpose of the job is to ensure that all customer orders are captured and queries dealt with timeously.
The Call Centre administrator forms an integral part of the Supply Chain environment and liaises closely with the
Transport Administrators, Sales team and Debtors department.
Responsibilities/Outputs:
Daily responsibilities (operational) Bags
Administration of all new and current orders
Administration of all order mailboxes
Administration of all order capturing in accordance with order capturing procedure
Administration of all Call Centre daily recons
Administration of all confirmations to customers
Administration of credit blocks and updating of relevant communication
Administration of order issues and updating of relevant communication
Daily filing of all orders received in accordance with call centre filing procedure
Administration of all phone calls and compliance with Mitel procedure
Hourly feedback on outstanding orders not captured
Qualifications:
Matric with 2-3 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Call Centre environment
Experience:
Must have experience in ERP systems (preferable SAP)
Computer literate especially MS Office and proficiency in excel
Administrative skills required
Excellent verbal, written and planning skills essential
Must be able to work accurately in a pressurized environment
Display the ability to work with large volumes of detail-oriented tasks
