Accounts Payable Clerk wanted immediately: Salary R9 000 per month

Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible to ensure payments according to established credit terms and posting timely to maximizing average due dates for DPO’s. Assure payments to vendors to the correct bank data.

Duties

Vendor Creation and master data management
General ledger accounting and classification
Verify all approval for OVH invoices.
Verify operational invoices using work order/purchase order.
Review calculations for accuracy on OPS and OVH invoices
Balance Sheet reconciliations
Financial Reporting – SAP FC
Process payment requisitions to Treasury Department
Tax queries and reconciliations
Cash flow management and Liquidity forecasts
Assist in the annual audits and internal audits

Experience & Qualification

Knowledge of user application systems and Proficient in EXCEL
Fluent in English
Accounting
SAP
