Main Responsibilities:
Relieve reception at agreed time slots
Support reception in absence of a receptionist
Manage boardroom bookings
Assist with receiving clients for appointments and meetings in the boardroom
Updating the client distribution list
Follow up on debtors statements and invoices for fees collection
Reconciliation on certain accounts
Recon of account and admin thereof
Debtors follow up and recon
Assist Finance Team with adhoc tasks
Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Grade 12
1 – 3 years’ experience
Behavioral Competencies:
Must pay attention to detail
Team player with the ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical skills – must be able to compile, analyze and report on statistics
Innovative and creative thinking skills
Broad-mindedness
