OVERALL PURPOSE

We are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient and personable individual to be the first point of contact for Lulalend. This entry-level position is a fantastic opportunity to gain front/office and administrative experience in a growing start-up.
The ideal candidate will jump at the idea of getting stuck in, helping out and contributing to happy and healthy company culture.
Responsibilities will include:
Be the first point of contact for everyone entering the building, ranging from customers, prospective investors to candidates and visitors
Provide a warm and friendly atmosphere by settling in visitors and arranging refreshments
Timeously answering incoming calls with a high standard of professionalism ensuring all calls are handled in a friendly, responsive and efficient manner
Timeously escalating customer queries via our ticket system to the relevant departments
Provide efficient administrative support
Receive and managing postal deliveries
Oversee and administer petty cash
Manage all stationery and office supply orders, responsible for the storage room and allocation of supplies
Assisting Talent and Finance with cultural related activities, such as events planning, logistics with new starters and keeping track of expenses
Helping out other departments with front-office related tasks
Ensure the office is presentable at all times
