Requirements:

1 – 3 years of relevant administrative experience
Minimum qualification: Matric

Cross-checking & referencing quotes
Tracking quotes on Excel spreadsheet
Creating works orders
Invoicing – logging invoices on excel
Creating pick lists
Lease contract invoicing
Job costing
Working on ERP system – Qmuzik
