Junior Account Manager Instrumentation wanted: Salary R25 000 to R30 000 Per Month

Reporting to the SC South Area Market Manager
Job Purpose: Manage and expand sales activities within the assigned scope (direct customers, distributors and specialized distributors) to guarantee a complete coverage and a total penetration in all existing and potential markets within South Africa.
Growing Instrumentation business especially in South Africa.
Reaching the annual sales objective for assigned customers and territory
Distributors’ management, defining business and sales plan
Continuous improvement of the sales process
Sales training to distributors
Guaranteeing objectives alignment by keeping strict relationship with the Area Market Manager
Sales development in the specific OEM’s segment
Strengthening customers’ loyalty
Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities
Internally communicate market and customers’ needs to guarantee top quality customer service
Monitoring and updating competitors’ initiatives
Support technical application in strict collaboration with the technical office of the Sales Co.
Collaborate with distributors and specialized distributors to increase sales’ volume implementing sales plans and economic as well market targets
Be up to date with Company sales policies
Develop CRM’ pipeline and following Group’s rules focus on large opportunities to win by Division
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Completed engineering degree
3 to 5 years of sales and or business development experience
Very good knowledge of the product range part of Instrumentation and related markets
Very good English knowledge and Microsoft Office suite
High level of emotional intelligence
“Hunter” approach: high drive for new opportunities
High level of flexibility
Knowledge of Social Selling tools like Linkedin
Maintains the highest professional and ethical standards in line with Corporate and Group policies/standards/ground rules
Full driving license and be willing to travel
