A Company is seeking to employ an Admin Assistant with Bookkeeping experience. The company is based in Hillcrest and the candidate needs to have the below requirements:
Attention to detail & accuracy
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to listen to instructions and provide data entry in a timely and efficient manner
Must be reliable
Enthusiastic person who is actively looking to learn and grow, proactive, helpful, can-do attitude
Acceptable appearance and friendly
Strong time management, organized, able to work independently and interdependently
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must show initiative and be proactive
Experience and Skills required:
Matric (Grade 12) completed
2 years minimum bookkeeping experience, with the ability to reconcile Debtors & Creditors
Pastel experience a must
Knowledge and experience of Excel, Outlook, Word and Internet
Driver’s license and own vehicle preferable
Salary (CTC) depending on experience
Dealing with customers etc.
General Admin work
A “can do” attitude is key. A person who is assertive and tenacious – a good team player. Someone who can think on their feet. An all-rounder, multi-tasker who goes above & beyond the call of duty.
