DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: – Overall administration of office communications and administration support.- Accurately process quotations and waybills on Parcel Perfect.- Ensure a prompt, professional and efficient customer service is rendered at all times.- Other general administrative duties in line with the responsibilities of a CSD Admin ClerkSUITABLE APPLICANT WILL HAVE: – A valid Grade 12 – English & Afrikaans speaking- At least 2-3 years applied experience- Ability to prioritise, work efficiently and accurately under pressure, deadline and solution-driven – Basic Computer skills: knowledge of Parcel Perfect will be a distinct advantage- Excellent oral and written communication skills- Knowledge and/or experience in the transport industry will be a distinct advantage- Attention to detail- Friendly disposition and excellent communicator- Exceptional interpersonal skills- Above average organizational skills- South African citizenship
