Facilitate accurate and timeous administration of
company records and registers including the
lodgement of all documents with the CIPC and the
maintenance and updating of the company’s registers;
Proper maintenance of books and registers of the
company as required under the provisions of the
To ensure that legal requirements of the allotment,
issuance and transfer of share certificates have
been complied with;
To deal with all correspondence between the company
and the shareholders;
To maintain the following statutory books:
The register of transfer of shares;
The register of directors and other officers;
Any other applicable registers;
Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the
regulatory environment and taking appropriate
Lodgment of Annual Returns;
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent.
3-4 years’ experience as a Personal assistant for
more than one Executives
Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
Advance knowledge of Excel, Word and power point.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent attention to details and a high degree ofaccuracy
Highly organized and flexible
Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines
Must be self-directed and able to complete projects
with limited supervision
Maintains staff confidentiality
