experience and qualifications
Required Qualification : Relevant Diploma or Matric will be sufficient. Computer literate is a must.
Preferred Qualification : 3 Year industry related Degree.
Experience : 2 to 3 Years related experience.
NB: Please note that this role is a 6 months fixed term contract It is inherent to the role that the incumbent is honest in dealing with cash and financial transactions. As such, it is a pre-requisite for candidates to undergo consumer credit record checks to enable the Employer to ascertain whether the candidate’s credit record is acceptable.
Control stock against required budget for the group.
Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies.
Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.
Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with all the Procurement Suppliers providing assets to the bank.
Liaise with Asset Management and Technical Managers regarding all Assets/Orders to ensure orders are executed and done so according to timelines.
Assist Branches / Divisions with “charge out queries” to ensure reduction of queries.
Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information.
Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
Track P and L orders execute by preparing P and L supplier payments and ensure controlling of stock.
Track and ensure that processes conform to the Service Level Agreement between Group and Service Providers and understands the agreed Scope of Work in each Contract / SLA.
Assist with procurement related issues – pricing, non-delivery of equipment by liaising with all the Procurement suppliers.
Provide timeous and accurate Management Information on all assets and cost spend.
Manage own development to increase own competencies.
