Discipline of staff. Resolving staff issues.Conducting weekly staff meetings. Completing Weekly rooming list.
Ensure all departments are aware of upcoming events and ensuring that all extra items are ordered in advance. Handing over to Lodge Manager on her return.Completing orders for all departments when relevant Anchor or Chef is absent.Essentials: Ability/willingness to LearnTeam LeaderTeam PlayerAbility to work under pressure and be list/task orientated.Drivers LicenceMin of 3 years’ experience at a 4 or 5* establishment and position is preferred.Salary R12.000 – R 14.000 (negotiable)Package – Live in inclusive of Accommodation, Meals, Lights & Water, DSTV, Maid Service and Laundry Service, Uniforms annually,Cycle – 3 weeks on and 1 week off/month
