Branch Manager needed:
Crusaders Corporate is a busy Import and Wholesale business. We are looking for an experienced and capable manager to lead our Durban Branch.
The successful candidate will be an “all-rounder”, able to multi-task and competent across all aspects of the organisation including sales, general management, HR, warehousing and administration. Although extremely busy at times, our Durban team is relatively small compared to our Johannesburg and Cape Town operations which means that our Branch Manager will often need to “roll up” his or her sleeves and get involved serving customers, processing orders, dispatching etc.
Strong computer and administrative skills are essential. We’re looking for someone with an eye for detail who takes pride in the disciplined and consistent way they lead a team, execute tasks and conduct themselves generally.
Experience in sales management, office management, general management or warehouse management could mean you have the experience and skill set we’re looking for.
A competitive basic salary is offered (highly dependent on the strength and experience of the applicant, but likely in the range of R15,000 – R25,000). Commissions, incentives and benefits will allow a capable candidate to earn an additional R10,000 – R15,000 per month. A record of honesty and scrupulous ethics are a requirement which means that excellent and contactable references are a prerequisite for consideration.
