In-Store Retail Brand Augmenter – Gateway
Looking for well-groomed, engaging, tech-savvy staff to work at our retail space in Gateway
Rate: R78 P/H
Parking: R30.00 P\D
Hours: Up to 45 hours per week
Retail Spaces: Gateway
23-30 years old
Have at least 2 years retail/consumer-facing experience with a premium brand
Own reliable transport is mandatory
Have a smartphone with access to emails
Must be comfortable with working with a tobacco product
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the opening and closing of the retail spaces
Assist in the cleaning and set up of the retail space
Report any stock shortages to supervisor timeously
Ensure that the retail spaces are stocked sufficiently at all times
The employee is to send daily report to a supervisor in the relevant WhatsApp groups
Ensure that a minimum of one company contracted staff member to be on the ground floor at all times
Ensure that all sales, leads and consumer interactions are reported in real-time onto the relevant reporting tool
The employee may not carry out administrative/non-customer facing tasks in the retail spaces for confidential reasons. No company/consumer data to be handled in the retail space except as required to serve a consumer. This includes reporting, stock & cash reconciliation. All duties of this kind must take place outside of opening hours, or within the staff room.
Ensure confidentiality of data is maintained
Ensure that all equipment & services to be kept in good working order, ensuring the store is fully operational
The employee is to report all issues relating to the following to the relevant supervisor;
Retail Space Maintenance
The employee is to ensure that Cash sales are deposited
The employee is to achieve a target of (but is not limited to) 30 sales monthly and will be reviewed on a quarterly basis and adjusted based on business priorities or current lead/trade program initiatives.
Customer registrations– The employee is to ensure that 95% of all sales against consumers with validated data is successfully registered. This will include email addresses & contact numbers.
The employee is to ensure 100% of daily checks are completed on time
Ensure that the mall/space rules and regulations are adhered to
Ensure that the retail space is manned fully during mall trading hours.
Ensure all retail spaces are to be ready for trade by the prescribed mall opening hours.
Ensure all retail spaces may only be cleared away after the prescribed mall closing hours.
The employee is to support the efforts of the operator to deliver on their obligations as per their operating agreement.
Response time to leads through the CRM system– The employee is to achieve a target of 90% performance rating to lead responses from CRM systems. The initial response time must be within 1 hour of receipt.
Support all company retail platforms by assisting weekly at designated retail spaces/promo spaces where needed. Educating consumers and guiding, troubleshooting training in-store staff.
Sales Process– The employee must manage the sales process from start to finish on the relevant online reporting tool
The employee must have a Smart Phone for calling, WhatsApp, emails
The employee must have a working power bank/car charger to ensure that all working and communication tools are charged at all times.
The employee must have sufficient airtime and date to conduct all daily deliverables. Should the employee have any connectivity issues, it is the employee’s responsibility to ensure that all information is captured onto the relevant reporting tool immediately
The employee must be contactable at all times
The employee will be required to work at events and company retail spaces from time to time when booked by the relevant account manager

Candidates must have:
2 years of retail sales experience
2 years of customer care experience
Grade 12/matric education
