Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming Online, “Live chat” & telephonic leads & inquiries
Direct leads to the appropriate Rola business and ensure adherences to service level timelines
Ensure optimal use of LMS
Monitor and track all lead activity
Administrative support as required
Deliver an efficient and effective service to clients at all times
Adhere to Dealer Standards and work within prescribed work processes
Minimum Requirements
Min Grade 12
Must have proven Call center experience
Motor industry sales experience, advantageous, but not essential
Computer Literate and fluent in MS Office
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
High level of motivation, initiative, and integrity
