Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
Ensure feedback from the customer to further improve customer services.
Manage and update customer databases with the status of each customer.
Build customer loyalty by follow-up of customer calls.
Evaluate problems of the customers and provide logical lasting solutions.
Manage filing, correspondence and other administration tasks
Attention to Detail
Excellent telephone skills and the ability to capture information on the system while speaking on the phone.
High level of accuracy
2 – 5 Years Call Centre experience.
Previous experience in the education industry.
Multilingual: The ability to speak various languages will be an added benefit.
