Call Centre Consultant wanted immediately: Salary R3 500 per month
We are looking to employ driven sales agents to introduce company products to potential customers and close sales.
The job includes free training, a learnership that gives successful candidates an NQF level 2 certificate. Upskilling candidates and giving them the opportunity to grow in the company, gain or improve their sales skills.
Job Description:
Contributing to and driving sales by effectively calling clients.
Achieving sales targets and converting outbound leads.
Ensuring your product knowledge is passed on to clients.
Responsible for processing all correct information onto final sales.
Adhering to sales team standards checklist skills.
Possess exemplary customer service skills.
Will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated and confident individual who is able to work as part of a team.
Be able to communicate with a wide range of clients.
Is resilient, driven and enjoys reaching targets.
Great organisational capabilities and the ability to pay great attention to detail.
Requirements:
· Matric
· Min of 6-12 months Outbound Sales experience (Candidates with outbound insurance experience will be advantageous)
· Extensive computer knowledge
· Well Spoken
· Good communication skills
· Independent worker
· Self-motivated individual
