Qualifications and Requirements:
National Diploma in IT
3-6 years relevant experience
Comfortable with working shifts
*_Duties and Activities:
To manage all activities from acceptance to final resolution of incidents within agreed SLA targets for all specific business units.
To escalate incidents at risk of breaching the SLA.
To track and balance workload.
Manage open incidents assigned to third party Vendor to ensure SLA adherence.
To update the open incidents on a daily basis.
Coordinating activities, assigning incidents and actively managing the SLA status in order to achieve the contracted SLA targets.
Coordinating calls to the Network Installers.
Updating the Call Logging System.
Providing excellent Customer service.
Attending to all customer requests.
Employment Type: Contract Position for 12 months
