What will you do?
The main purpose of this job is to update and maintain clients’ life and term annuity policies with regards to instalments and tax payments, and monthly payments to SARS for deducted tax as well as adhoc instalment payments to clients. Monthly and quarterly updating of accounts. What will make you successful in this role?
Amended/updated records, e.g. contact -, bank details, etc.
Handled and completed enquiries/complaints.
Handled bank returns (unpaid instalments, etc.)
Handled rejection and warning reports.
Issued tax certificates.
Handled proof of life confirmation.
Updated Management Statistics.
Declared unreconciled accounts.
Grade 12 with Accounting background
Diploma / Degree will be advantageous
Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
2-3 years appropriate Life policy knowledge.
Good knowledge of Legacy & Epsilon platforms will be beneficial.
Fluent in both Afrikaans and English (speak & write).
