Key Responsibility Areas
Handling outbound calls to potential clients and ensure they understand the respective Netstar product offerings, terms & conditions and accept the dea:
Achieve 100% of weekly and monthly sales budgets
Actively participate in marketing initiatives through outbound calls
Promote and sell the full bouquet of Netstar fleet products
Effectively execute administrative tasks relating to every transaction.
Ensure accurate and complete data capturing in all required fields of all relevant databases.
Track, monitor and follow up on card deliveries
Qualify leads and channel them to the correct source
Drive first call resolution, taking ownership
Provide quality customer feedback
Adhere to service level agreements
Assist with all customer and consultant queries
Channel contract cancellations through the retentions process
Respond to all telephonic and e-mailed customer and internal queries, requests and instructions.
Capturing of information on the relevant systems
Actively utilize the Sales CRM platform
Achieve quality and compliance, and sales targets.
Educational Requirements & experience needed
Related Sales / Telesales Qualification an advantage
2 Years Sales / Telesales Experience
Proven Sales Track Record
Must have considerable practical experience in dealing with a Sales environment and providing business value.
Excellent Telephone etiquette
Attention to detail and compliance to company processes
Good communication Skills (Written and verbally)
Able to priorities work and manage deadlines.
Basic problem identification and analysis
Ability to understand and resolve issues
Excellent computer skills (MS Office, CRM, MS Excel)
Feedback skills – ability to convey information accurately and constructively
Technical Aptitude – Understanding of Website navigation functionalities
