Key Responsibility Areas:
Contacting leads received by Telesure within 15 minutes
Concluding telephonic sales contracts
Arranging for installation of the tracking device within 507 working days.
Actioning Non-Wip leads and marking leads as lost
Maintaining a conversion rate of 75%
Receiving 20 CSI surveys on a monthly basis
Educationa Requirements & Ecperience needed:
1-2 years’ experience in a Sales Amin/Outbound call centre
Proven track record in a sales/retentions position
Must be flexible to work/be available on wekends and after hours if necessary
Must be flexible to working different shift times if necessary.
