An established law firm based in the Northern Suburbs is looking to employ an experienced Junior Conveyancing Secretary to join their team. The ideal person will have the following experience and qualifications:
Execution of brief searches.
Weekly communication with sellers, buyers, and agents.
Request tax clearance certificates.
Request for levy clearance certificates.
Request for transfer duty receipts.
Communication with mortgage lawyers and cancellation attorneys.
Management of finance for registration.
Arranging of signing documents.
Tertiary qualification will be beneficial.
Must have a stable working track record.
Experience in Conveyancing – essential.
Must-Have experience in Word, Excel, Winlaw and Korbitec GhostConvey
Be fluent in Afrikaans and English.
People orientated and results driven.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Able to work under pressure.
