Courier Customer Service Agent wanted Immediately


Your Key Responsibilities will be: To handle incoming phone calls
To communicate customer inquiries, messages or feedback to the relevant team members
The tracking of customer and branch parcels
Be able to fully understand and take quotes
Be able to arrange special trips
Handling escelated queries from branches, agents and clients
Pull COD’s and sending invoices with POD’s
Minimum Requirements:

Courier Customer Service Agent

Matric (Gr 12) or similar qualification
2 Years Frontline call centre experience obtained at a freight company
3 Years Backline call centre experience obtained at a freight company
International experience and industry knowledge will be advantageous
Excellent command of the English language and strong communication skills
Must have a passion for great customer service
Computor litterate

Written and verbal communication skills
Be able to solve problems
Focused on Customers
Good telephone etiquette
Must be able to multi-task
