At Rhino Africa, our highly skilled Finance Team is looking for an ambitious Creditors Clerk to join them in providing daily support and management of accounting tasks. This will be on a fixed-term contract of one year. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you are a master multi-tasker with the ability to maintain financial records and provide financial status information by preparing reports.
As our Creditors Clerk, your roles and responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
Full creditors function (local and FX);
Payment and processing of transactions;
Creditors reconciliations;
Allocation of supplier debits and credits;
Attending to any inquiries in a timeously and professional manner;
Processing customer receipts.
Requirements:
As Rhino Africa’s Creditors Clerk you will require:
Matric exemption with excellent results in maths and accounting;
3 years of working experience in a finance/ administrative role;
Impeccable attention to detail;
Excellent organizational skills;
An above-average proficiency in IT software (Netsuite, Excel, etc.);
The ability to work independently and proactively with minimum supervision;
The resilience to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, meeting tight reporting deadlines;
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
