Our client is now recruiting for the position of Customer Helpdesk Assistant
Patiently talk customers through processes
Log all calls in the company computer system
Responsible for taking high volume inbound calls
Responsible for being able to support to the needs of each different type of client.
Responsible for creating a support ticket and then making sure to close that ticket out when the issue is resolved.
Responsible for tracking calls through a log system and then submitting a daily log to management.
Liaise daily with the Senior Customer Service representative and technical department Essential Skills
Able to handle a high volume of calls
Strong troubleshooting and Problem Solving Skills
High level, superior interpersonal Skills
Excellent eye for detail
Able to listen patiently and remain calm and professional
