The CRmust have the computer skills necessary to perform the duties required by the position and work competently in Microsoft Office, Word, and advanced Excel. The CRshould have the ability twork confidently and diligently in the company’s operating system’s Business Process Optimizer, Pastel, Techconnect etc
Sales & New Deals
Generate and attend Consumable sales, Call on customers for possible New deals and upgrade
Preparing, send out, and follow up on quotations.
Arrange visits with customers if necessary
Perform follow up call to ensure customer satisfaction & Ensure Data Integrity by verifying all information with the customer
Obtaining, enter and provide source of meter readings by the 28th of the month, Monitor & Ensure customers are being billed correctly. Take initiative to resolve unobtainable meter reading issues
Ensure Rentals are loaded and linked correctly; and ensure that the billing run is done on the correct day of the month. Notify customer of initial contract expiry and make sure evergreen rentals are activated at the correct time.
Bill shortfalls when necessary, Quarterly or upon Toner order
Bill Last meter reading invoices upon termination of contract or collection of equipment. Service Management
Log and attend Technical Service calls
Log and attend IT Service calls
Log Consumable (Toner) calls
Log and schedule Preventative Maintenance calls
Log and attend Parts requests
Log and arrange Collections
Log and arrange Installation
First Level Support
Assigning Work Orders product support specialist and dispatch them timeously.
Ensure paperwork is sent back you as each call is attended too.
Report Technician misconduct Superiors
Coordinate Calls with the team and keep team informed of any changes
Monitor the whereabouts of Technicians on Techconnect and ensure they are attending to calls
Monitor the status of equipment on FM audit and ensure that machines are up and running at
Attending to calls
Uploading work orders and any other paperwork relevant to the specific call
Attend to and resolve Outstanding Issue on calls that cannot be closed
Perform Follow up Call to the customer and ensure that customer is satisfied with the service.
Ensure calls are closed timeously.
