Responsibilities
Managing and responding to incoming calls
Following outlined processes and liaise with relevant departments when required
Remaining up to date on campaign initiatives projects
Ensuring company and department objectives are met
Proactively seeking ways to improve product knowledge and better understand the target market

Requirements
Matric (Essential)
Minimum 6 months’ experience in a contact center or customer service environment
Excellent command of English language – verbal and written communication skills
Good typing, analytical and time management skills
Excellent telephone etiquette
Passion and a ‘can-do’ attitude
Ability to work shifts
Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to the fast pace of the business
Clear credit and criminal records

Offer
Basic monthly salary: R5893 CTC
