Process and expedite orders.

●

Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding order fulfillment issues.

●

Initiate and fulfill orders with new materials/prices.

●

Distribution arrangements.

●

Create inquiries quotations and orders on SAP.

●

Exposure to debtors control.

●

Prepare monthly fill/hit rate reports.

●

Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained.

Required Skills
sap: 1 to 2 years
Candidate Requirements
●

Computer literate is imperative

●

Grade 12

●

SAP experience would be an advantage

●

Identify and solve problems

●

Excellent interpersonal skills – effective in handling and interacting with customers, staff, colleagues, franchisees, and suppliers

●

Good verbal and written communication skills

●

Analyze and institute improved methods in providing an efficient service to the customer

●

Good human relations and good communication skills (verbal & written)

●

Transport planning / Distribution skill and the background will advantageous

●

Good telephonic skills

●

Relevant Tertiary supply chain qualification
