Responsibilities of this Post:
Responsible for handling and resolving customer queries/complaints pertaining to billing queries, rental extensions, invoice issues, technical issues, etc.
Building outstanding customer relationships.
Accountable for screening and maintaining the accuracy of invoices as per the purchase order.
Aligned with sales team to initiate extension reminders, new quotations for extension and follow ups.
Generating technical support tickets and coordinating with technical team for ensuring closure of customer tickets, in compliance with agreed SLA’s.
Creating collection notes and coordinating with logistics team for any equipment delivery or pick up at the customer site, ensuring customer timeframes are met.
Requirements of this Post:
Candidate must possess Diploma in Business or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years working experiences in related field.
Good Communication skill.
Knowledge of service offerings and product portfolio.
Basic knowledge in Computer Applications like MS Office.
