Job Description:

The CSS Administrator will perform the following key functions in order to support Account Managers nationally:

CSS Sales Document Control:

Develop and manage a centralized sales document control system for the Account Managers;
Assist with the completion of sales documents for Account Managers;
Assist with the sending, receipt, and preparation of sales documents for the Account Managers.

CSS Admin:

Assist with the completion of monthly NuCard reconciliations where required;
Assist with the monthly Stannic recons where required.

CSS Support:

Assist with answering and distribution of incoming phone calls to the CSS department as well as taking and distribution of messages for the Account Managers;
Assist with scheduling of venues/boardrooms for meetings/training for CSS Staff members as and when required;
Assist with the administration of promotional/annual gifting for the Account Manager in conjunction with the marketing department;
Assist with pipeline administration using the applicable systems;
Assist with the capturing of information for exercises conducted within the CSS department;
Assist with general administration functions/tasks within the CSS department;
Follow up with customers on the completion of required documentation to finalize CSS Sales applications.

General NuPay product knowledge.

Assist with CSS sales administration process;
General administration support for Account Managers.

Personal Skills / Attributes

Solid NuPay Product knowledge and previous sales/customer service administration experience in the financial industry is advantageous.

At least 2 years’ administration related / sales document administration experience
