Customer Support Agent wanted: Salary R10 000 to R15 000 per month

As a Customer Support Agent for Coin Direct, you will be the first-line support for customer queries in a Fintech environment. You will also be required to handle risk reviews and customer verification.
All staff will be required to pass background, criminal checks, etc.
Preferably 3-year Bachelors Degree or Diploma
At least 2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced high volume environment, preferably in the Fintech or risk industry.
Professional communication skills both telephonic and written.
A fast and eager learner
High accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Keen to work in a start-up environment and the ability to easily adapt to change
Experience with Zendesk or other similar ticketing systems advantageous.
Ability to work shifts.
Respond to and resolve customer queries within required SLA’s
Escalate unresolved queries as appropriate
Ensure high-quality delivery of customer service
Maintain excellent customer relations
Become a subject matter expert on all products and services offered by the company, as well as all relevant policies and procedures.
Perform customer address and identity verification
Handle customer and transaction risk reviews
Ad hoc duties as required
