CUSTOMER SUPPORT CONSULTANT (M/F/D)
As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be Performing variety of customer service activities for internal and external customers, providing information, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responding to customer phone and other communications, addresses questions/issues/problems/concerns.
What you Will Be Doing
You will be providing customer support for all Company products or services, including pet and other animal health care-related products for veterinarians, medical diagnostic and water-testing equipment and other products and services
Your support may consist of answering customer questions, explaining products and services, customer quotes and order entry and billing or other priorities
You assist our lab customers with collections and results
You will be determining customer needs, do a research and provide solutions by coordinating with other team members if needed
You ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and continuing strong customer relationships
You support our quality management system and other compliance requirements
What you need to be successful
You have a High School diploma or Bachelor degree and preferably already gained some experience in Customer Support
You bring high quality customer facing and inter-personal skills from your former experience of working with customers and maintaining good customer relationships
You have reasoning and analytical skills to resolve issues and pay attention to detail
You are a team player but also able to work independently
Communication skills, both verbal and written, including ability to communicate complex issues to users in a professional, positive, friendly and understandable manner.
You have a good knowledge of the MS office programs and CRM software such as SAP and Salesforce
You are a good verbal and written communicator in both English and Afrikaans
You are available to work in shifts from Monday to Saturday
