Reporting to the DC Planner
Your responsibilities will include:
Maintain the Reception area and always ensure that it is neat and tidy
Assist the DC Planner with maintenance on the Jarrison system
Attend to visitors and assist with taking them to the relevant party they wish to meet
Ensure that all incoming calls are directed to the relevant department
Create and maintain a telephone extension list of all phones in the DC
Circulate the updated extension list to the management and support teams
Assist the DC Planner with ordering of water, stationery, consumables, SkyNet waybills, IBT seals and security seals, etc.
Assist the DC Planner with event coordination
Ensure that the Training Centre is always open for staff to utilize the centre
Add new enrolments and remove terminated parties on Jarrison system as and when required
Assisting Managers and staff with ad-hoc queries
Communicate with the main gate and security personnel regarding any visitors
Manage the Boardroom bookings system
Manage the Zendesk tickets
Report on the Zendesk tickets
Manage Outbound Admin staff with tickets
Assist with unallocated Zendesk tickets.
Receive staff orders from MR Delivery
Ad-hoc administrative duties requested from time to time
Send Timesheets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to managers and supervisors.
Assist the DC planner and managers when needed.
Assist with the DC Planner with the labour broker invoice recon
Assist with the DC Planner Packaging recon document
Assist with the labour broker approved timesheets
Consolidate documents for the DC Planner
Update the SOH of packaging
Good team player, hard worker and willing to be flexible
Must be able to work as part of a multi-cultural team
Ability to take initiative and learn quickly with a very positive attitude at all times
Must be reliable and trustworthy
Candidates must have a good command of the English language
Ability to work under pressure
Grade 12 / Matric
Accounting and procurement experience
