Senior Desktop Engineer needed immediately: APPLY HERE
Manage and resolve all calls placed for the desktop environment as well as to assist Senior Management with support and escalations. Ensure service levels are met for all logged calls by managing vendors and service providers to ensure compliance to the Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Troubleshoot, manage and resolve all desktop support related calls.
The candidate will be responsible for all the Desktop escalations from Management.
Do all desktop related administration regarding IT equipment?
Ensure daily task lists are completed and reports completed
Daily, weekly, monthly reporting
General office duties (Asset Management)
Report status to management regarding escalations and projects.
Identifying problems and bringing them to the manager attention
Working effectively as part of a team and seeks to support the team goals
Broaden own technical, functional, and industry knowledge
Performing related work and ad-hoc duties as required
Must be able to work with Executives and Management on a daily basis.
Overtime and standby required (Must have own car)
Willing to travel to remote sites.
A+, N+, MCSA (Essential)
Troubleshooting skills in Microsoft desktop technologies (Windows 7, Windows 10, Office 365) – 5 years’ experience
Hardware experience with HP and Dell computers.
Knowledge of wan and lan
Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions from Senior Management
Team player and problem solver by nature.
