Core must haves are –
Degreed – Maths or Tech – client is non-negotiable on this.
Depth of knowledge of C# – 4 years plus min.
Good MS SQL Server – more than competent but not necessarily Guru.
Broad ASP.NET experience.
Additional detail – not essential but useful:
Any previous product or framework experience useful.
Strong Backend logic and processing skills.
Workflow Automation experience.
Integration experience specifically Message Queuing.
Client seeks 6 Developers at this point. A Senior Developer in their environment usually has more than 10 years’ experience. Mid-level Developers will also be considered – stereotypically somewhere between 5 and 10 years’ experience.
Packages range accordingly.
