Administering operations of the dialler of the outbound call centre.
Managing the predictive dialler system that controls the flow of calls to customers.
Responsible for providing reporting to the company and collaborating with the business to determine overall strategy.
Perform daily uploads, downloads and importing for reports
Document for outbound dialler activity
Analysis of dialler-output data to identify potential problems
Running reports regularly
Create and update dialling campaigns
Monitor and adjust performance of dialler systems
At least one year of experience in a call-centre environment
Knowledge and experience in using a dialler system
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Basic statistics knowledge and ability to comprehend and analyse dialler-output data
Knowledge of auto-dialler operation/concepts
Understanding of database-design principles
Critical thinking skills and the ability to use logic and reasoning
Strong time management and ability to multitask
Excellent oral and written communication skills
