Property Manager Job Summary:
The manager is responsible for effectively computing, classifying and recording
numerical data to keep financial records complete while assisting with the day
to day operations of the property.
literate – advantageous Hotelier experience.
the day to day hotel operations and functions
accounts are properly checked and paid prior to guests depart the hotel.
collected and prepare banking daily
all proper and legal documents are received upon guest check in and entered
into the computer accurately
with Property Managers regarding the accuracy of invoices received; that purchase
orders are attached, according to company procedures.
all invoices received for the property are approved and authorised correctly.
accurate monthly commission sheets which get handed in monthly.
Essential Job Functions:
School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
minimum of one year experience in a customer service Guest Hotel related
an ability to support and contribute to the dynamic team which manages the
strong oral and written communication skills.
in operation of the telephone, business etiquette, facsimile, personal
computer/keyboard, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and MS Outlook
possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.
in training in order to comply with company rules and procedures.
to work a flexible schedule, including shifts, evenings, weekends and public
clean, professional at all times, person
of sober habits
ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns to avoid escalation of the
pass drug & alcohol test.
