Financial Accountant required urgently: Salary R25 000 to R33 000 per month

Accountant – 6-month contract to be responsible for all income including invoicing and accounts receivable monitoring, bookkeeping accounting and collection of funds (outstanding debtors)

Accounting and knowledge of multi-company accounting and experienced in time billed revenue as well as dealing in foreign currency.

Some duties include: – Balance sheet control Compiling management reports Proactively manage the day to day invoicing, preparation and posting of invoices and reviewing debtors as well as following up on debtors. Posting cash receipts and reconciling cash books and credit notes Reconciliation of client accounts and respond to internal and external queries on client accounts Prepare and post standard journals, accruals, deferred income and reversals WIP calculation and review Assist the Finance Team Income-related information for Management Accounts and Budget monitoring Prepare information for monthly Profit and Loss and Cash Flow reporting Online Banking administration Assist with year-end audit

Ad-hoc finance duties and management of tasks such as – Analyse of accounting and income records Stand in for other finance team members; Head: Corporate Services (South Africa): * Assisting the Head and Client Relationship Managers with finance-related projects.

Skills required Good communication Capable of building strong relationships with clients MSOffice Excel, Word and Outlook Sound knowledge and experience in accounting Deadline oriented
