Purpose
To ensure short-dated stock checks are in place and stock is returned/destroyed as per supplier agreements. Processing claims and negotiating such with Suppliers. Following up on invoices to ensure all claims owed are paid.

Qualifications
Essential• Grade 12 qualification

Experience
Essential•Experience in a similar environment and industry an added advantage•A flair for figures (Debtors experience an added advantage)

Knowledge
• Pharmaceutical product knowledge an added advantage

Skills
• Computer literate: MS Office• Supervisory skills will be an added advantage

Job objectives
•Supervise the receipt of goods for return•Ensure that the goods returns SOP is adhered to•Minimize costs associated with the process of returning the stock to Suppliers •Oversee daily accurate returns of stock to Suppliers•Liaise with suppliers to uplift damaged, short, wrongly supplied, expired and near expiry date stock•Ensure that claims are logged timeously•Process claims for incorrectly priced invoices•Generate price reductions on Excel and Pos-i-Till•Handle and solve all the Suppliers and Client’s queries•Solve Client related queries related to product complains•Process stock adjustments where applicable•Control stock movements of stock to be returned•Supervise performance within area of responsibility•Ensure staff competence regarding the use of systems, processes and practices•Coordinate employee relations in area
