Manage visitor booking forms
Operate & communicate via two way radio
Manage entry of corporate visitors & deliveries
Provide information & rules to all visitors
Balance, reconcile and account for cash and credit card transactions received with invoices at day-end.
Fully bi-lingual, trustworthy, excellent customer liaison, outstanding communication skills and handling of pressure situations is required. Grade 12 or equivalent qualified with financial literacy experience. Computer literate in the MS Office range. Email and internet able.
