To develop and implement divisional product strategy and tactical plans in line with the Chain strategy, to ensure that the merchandise ranges purchased to reflect the latest worldwide retail trends and the planned stock figures (rolled up into the divisional and Chain financial sales); to direct a team of buyers to achieve the set financial and other business objectives. Own product management: drive TSD into product/marketing approach/vendor briefings, own product development/assortment /testing laydowns and brands. Own business partner relationships: input sessions, promotions, store executions. Manage supply chain: lead vendor segmentation and calendar share strategy, manage supplier relationships (including negotiation fabric/capacity booking, samples, size curve, and critical path). Manage seasonal travel plans effectively. Manage marketing strategy, present and brief product, sign off block plan.
