RESPONSIBILITIES:

Branch Operations

Accurately complete a checklist of the vehicle that is received at the branch

Take photographs accurately of the vehicles received at the branch  Start all vehicles of the branch

Lock all vehicles and hand in all items to the Branch Manager for safekeeping

Upon the vehicle being ready for sale, mark this vehicle for auction preparation purposes Cleaning

Ensure that all required areas of the branch are kept clean at all times

 Clean the vehicles

Keep the inside and the outside of the branch appearance neat and tidy

Ad hoc tasks

Assist with general yard work

Assist your fellow colleagues with duties as and when required
Customer Service

Be an ambassador of SMD offering excellent customer service at all times
Auction Preparation

 Play an important role in the preparation of the auction held at the branch
Ensure that the auction is run smoothly and within the allocated timelines
Successfully release the vehicle

Required Skills
multi-tasking skills: 1 to 2 years
computer skills: 1 to 2 years
communication skills: 1 to 2 years
