Large Hospitality, Travel and Tourism Industry is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the above position.
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The applicant must be able to conduct specialized hospitality training with all levels of staff.
Ensure standard operating procedures are trained and implemented in a sustainable manner throughout properties.
Monitor compliance of standard operating procedures.
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management industry experience at management level : 4 to 5 years
Experience of working in a 4 or 5-star property is essential.
ntermediate to Advanced computer skills
Opera, Micros Systems knowledge required
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Training on hospitality service standards through theory and practical techniques.
Identify skills gaps in the form of standard operating procedure criteria’s.
Providing regular feedback to operations on current and expected service standards.
Provide constructive, strategic and detailed reports to Management.
Provide supportive function to quality control.
Ability to incorporate customer centricity into training methodology.
Project Management skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Accurate, organised and able to multitask.
Decision making and problem solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must be able to travel between properties in their area.
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle is essential.
This position reports to: Department Manager
