Role overview

To diagnose computer problems, monitor computer processing systems, install software and perform tests on computer equipment and programs. The successful IT Technician will also be required to set up computer equipment, schedule maintenance and teach clients to use programs.

Candidate Requirements:
Experience and Qualifications required

• Matric (Grade 12)

• Minimum of three to five years’ experience in doing full IT functions

• A+

• N+

• vLANS, subnets, basic routing

• Windows server 2012, 2016, 2019

• Active Directory

• Office365, Mimecast

• Hyper-V, vmWare

• Remote Desktop Services (RDS) 2012 and up

• SQL Administration

• Microsoft System Centre Suite, Config Manager, Operations Manager, Orchestrator knowledge is a must

• VOIP

• WAN Connectivity

• Cisco, Mikrotik

• IIS Administration

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
