We are currently looking for a highly accurate and detail attentive Girl Friday/Administrator for an Insurance Consultancy
Provide accurate, meticulous administrative support to Consultants and the Underwriting team
Respond to telephone queries and effectively liaise with other departments to ensure queries are managed in a timely, professional and customer focused manner.
Utilise effective organisational and communications skills to resolve routine issues and know when to escalate more complex issues.
Capture and distribute accurate reports for management, deal with incoming and outgoing post, scan, photocopy.
Order and maintain stationery
Keep Office Filing Systems up to date.
A minimum of 2 years clerical experience in a customer facing role in a professional services office environment.
An articulate communicator who has a proactive approach to work coupled with exceptional organisational and customer service skills.
Strong, competent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
You will need the ability to show commitment. enthusiasm, flexibility and possess a positive working attitude.
Able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels in the business
Flexible in nature, able and willing to adjust to the changing needs of the business
Precise attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
