What’s the role?
You will be responsible for:
Dedicated brand support for the company mail box
Office Management / supplier management
Travel & bookings – assist with Itineraries (local or partners)
Divert website generated emails to relevant broker
Update Broker Database
Organize the office’s operations and procedures by undertaking several administrative tasks
You must have
Microsoft excel, word and outlook
You have previous experience in a similar position
You’re someone who…
Strong administration skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to take an instruction and get the job done
Bubbly and energetic
Great with people
