We are seeking an experienced office lead to join our small but growing based company based in Maitland you will join the team as part of quality assurance and client success
Team leader responsibilities will be:
Coach staff, provide training and on-boarding of all new staff
Continued training of current staff, plan and schedule training days
Engage and build rapport with our clients 60+ clients through email, phone, etc
Make sure team hits they daily and weekly KPI’s
Managing and nurturing relationships with key clients/repeat clients
Lead generation for specific events; assisting with list research when needed
Providing regular, timely feedback to the marketing team on number of calls made, pending bookings/hot prospects, any objections, etc
Be a team player and assist when needed in the retention team
Listening to all phone calls and grading leads generated What we offering:
Base salary of R7000 per month flexible hours
Flexible work hours 08:00 – 15:00pm
Contract-based position with the opportunity to full time in Jan 2020
KPI bonus if the team hits monthly targets of an extra R5000 per month
Profit-sharing of 5% distributed to the team if sales hit they monthly targets

This is a contract based position with a basic of R7000 non-negotiable
Reliable transport is needed for RE a car. No taxis, buses, trains will be accepted as you will be required to see clients
